Eyes met in swoon,

Silver runs into the ink,
The wind ever so caresses me,
But I cannot sleep a wink.

They say it shines right overhead,
But I just can’t see the moon.

Well learning never stops. No wonder we always learn from everything and everybody around us. It must have come out wrongly, me calling you that, but in my deepest of opinions all I meant was the presence of you wonderful writers which could be seen inspiring everybody. In no way did I mean to hurt to you, and it was an act out of the tremendous kindness showered upon by your words. The poem simply suggests a transition of feelings for me. At sometime two people could say nothing and understand everything, but later they are incapable of staying together even after trying a lot. I can’t say for disha since she may think differently. Hope it answers your question. Always pleased to support you.

Beautiful work and a great reflection on the power of perception! The literal moon has far less to do with mood and moment than the inner projection of its metaphor.

I don’t know what you could learn from such a novice poet as myself, but yes, we certainly grow under each others shade.
Not like whose words are the sweetest, but if mine are honey to you, you’ve left me in an awkward position as your words are indeed sweeter but there’s nothing sweeter than honey as Google says😬. Nevertheless, I hope they remain.

I don’t know if you follow Gabriela with shortprose but she loved my work poetry and I was beyond blown away. She is an amazing poet, just released a book called Passions: love poems and other writings which was published by Vita Brevis and is a best seller by Amazon. I am literally in awe of everything she writes. My point – I am humbled by your kind compliments but find your work very beautiful. I think artist are their own worse enemies and critics. You do not write like a novice in my humble opinion. I am certain I will learn from you as well. Love ❤️ Joni
