Just think of evils,
You have killed,
Not prophecies,
To be fulfilled.
Don’t hope for all,
To end so nice,
Like fairy tales,
Free from malice.
‘Coz fairy tales,
May just not end,
It’s just a waste,
The time you spend.
To reach the glens,
The castles grand,
For what is life,
But passing sand?
You may not,
See fairies bright,
When you rest,
Into the night.
So wait fellows!
Wait for the sound,
of fairy tale moments,
All around.
Not in the end,
Not on that hill,
There’s magic around,
Just you stand still!

I love the title of this piece. This is a poem of creative truth. Very cleaver and something many would benefit from reading. We live in such a hurried society that we so often do forget to just stop and look and listen. Even when hiking people have a health goal in mind instead of looking up at the gorgeous nature surrounding them. I hope people reading these words remember to stop for those fairy moments.
