April seventeen
The national Haiku* day
Here’s my Haiku* then.
(*Now Haiku’s a Japanese style of poem writing which focuses on minimalism. Just three lines with the 5-7-5 pattern of syllables and there you have your Haiku! So here’s my Haiku then.)
1.The sky is so blue
With tufts of white floating by
Silence of a storm.
2. The river runs dry
The heavy clouds shed tears
The river does too!
3.Amber evenings come
All the world is at a pause
Night suddenly falls.
4. It confuses me
How the wind howls at the tree
It stands silently.
5. Runs hither-tither
The wrath of nature follows
Trees bend, he does not.
6. A blanket of white
Blemish less but freezing cold
Spring was shortly called.
Well that’s it for now
Wish you luck to write Haiku
Let’s then meet next week!
Monday till Saturday week last
